After many  years, the owner of this loft wanted to put it on the market but decided to give it a fresh look after many years of neglect. Every drywall surface was patched, sanded and repainted. Paint lines are now clean and distinctive, window caulking is no longer dried out and ineffective, the entry closet now has a sturdy top for easier storage and the white trim throughout gives the loft an added touch of distinction.
